Embracing Tomorrow and the Who's Who of SEFEVWI

[Insert Annie-wannabe singing "Tomorrow, Tomorrow" at the top of her lungs here]

That's right, folks, Sam Elliott's First-Ever Virtual Write-In is almost upon us.

If you're joining in late, details concerning that the heck I'm talking about can be found here and here. Or, if you're a rebel, you can just scroll down and read my posts from a couple of days ago.

Also, after some fiddling around on the Interwebs, I've decided that instead of Meebo, we will be using Chatzy. It seems like much more like what we need for this to go smoothly.

First thing tomorrow morning I will post a link to a private chatroom here on Wuthering Life. Feel free to direct your friends here to have them join us. Come one, come all, right?

OH!

If you are thinking of joining me tomorrow, don't forget to stop by Wednesday's post and give us a little taste of what you're working on, or simply drop a comment on this post saying you're in.

Until then...I have to go figure out the setting to AFTERLIFE OF THE UNDEAD. =/

I'll be in and out all day, which isn't nearly as dirty or fun as it sounds. I'll be working on an epic adventure set on a regressed, lost colony world. I just started Canyonlands two days ago so I have a lot of writing still to do.

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one just getting started.

This part is my favorite, though--when it's all new and shiny.

How about you?

I will be there! I'll be posting my WIP later at night (sorry about the delay, just been busy busy). This sounds incredibly paranoid, but I'll probably be unwilling to put up a super detailed synopsis just because Authoress scared me with internet intellectual theft (not that I think anyone who is involved with the write-in would steal anything, just internet creepers). I know. I sound mentally unstable. I deal with it. Also, I'll only be available from 10-5 as opposed to a total twelve hours, but long hauls are not what I'm used to doing, so if I wrote for a solid twelve hours, I'd probably kill myself anyway. Looking forward to tomorrow.

No judgement here. Trust me. And 10-5 sounds good to me. I don't want any blood on my hands. I hear it's a b*tch to get clean out of a keyboard.

will be joining in - but on West Coast time, so I'll show up around noon and be in and out from 12-9 your time (more in than out though).

For those who don't know me, I'm writing a graphic series that blend the popular arts from American and Japan (comics, manga).

I've been writing for a month, but worked on its planning for over a year... Planning, procrastinating, sometimes it's the same thing with me!

Sam, this is a great way to get us going!

I'll admit that I'm doing it for selfish reasons. I need to get by butt in gear. I'm just dragging you guys into it for some company.

((New characters intimidate me. O_O))

Okay, I lied. By 10-5, I meant 11-6, because I forgot that you're going by EST. I'm in Central. I always screw that up.
